Dan and Michelle E-Session at Disneyland

What can I say about these two?  For one, it’s NOT  hard to make them laugh… What’s more a challenge was getting them to not smile and strike the “serious” pose… Both Dan and Michelle are full of energy, passionate about everything it seems, and… oh yea – they LOVE Disneyland!  I am looking forward to seeing Dan and Michelle more and more often as their wedding day approaches!

A stunning Great Gatsby-styled wedding themed shoot at the beautiful Rancho Los Cerritos put on in part by Gavin and Erin Wade.  I remember being so excited for this shoot, I literally had trouble falling asleep the night before.  This was due to the fact I knew I’d be working along side  my favorite photog duos (Gavin Wade Photographers, shooting our wedding), and had an opportunity to photograph stunning couple, Spencer and Ryan.  Spencer and Ryan were amazing.  They were like silly-putty, we could pose them and shape them however we wanted, and they’d just smile… Really!…  Also a huge thank you to Gloria McCune of Grand Engagements for the styling, down to every detail, the beautiful bouquet by Heavenly Blooms, and the food by Jay’s Catering, who coincidentally have catered my family’s events, as many other corporate events I’ve attended as a photographer.  Enjoy!:-).

Scott McLaughlin, Musician

If you haven’t heard the news, I proposed to my best friend, an amazing woman, Adriana.  For the proposal I planned for us to walk  along the cliffs of Corona Del Mar and discover a band, whom just so happen to be playing “Crush” by Dave Matthews Band.  Not only are Adriana and I huge music lovers, and giant-sized “Dave Heads” , but the song Crush has special meaning to us.

Enter Scott McLaughlin–a good friend of ours.  He coordinated the entire thing, pulled together a saxophone player, and a violin player for the surprise, and he sang and strummed the guitar.  Everything was perfect – the weather, the surprise, the music, EVERYTHING!..

Now it’s Scott’s turn in the spotlight.  He’s got a new album coming out.  I took scott out to the Jeffrey Open Space Trail, in Irvine, California to shoot some new promotional photos of him for his upcoming album and possible shtick at Coachella Music Festival.  Here’s some of my favorites:
